We’re happy to host you and hope you feel at home. We’d like to share a few simple rules for proper use of the room.
Wi-Fi is free, and you can access the TISCALI-2537 network by entering the password QXB333ERE3.
Our B&B is located in an apartment building, so we ask you to keep your voices and television volume low, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you have any special needs, we’re happy to accommodate you wherever possible.
Care and respect for the environment are among our values. We therefore ask you to avoid wasting water and to always check that the lights and air conditioning are off before leaving.
If you lose one or more keys, we will be forced to charge you a €10 fee per key for replacement. We therefore recommend that you store them carefully.

Please remember that smoking is strictly prohibited in our facility. You can smoke in the shared garden, but be careful not to throw cigarettes on the ground or in drains.
